Welcome to Dreamly, a mobile application that allows you to analyze your dreams. By using Dreamly, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Age Restrictions
Dreamly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at hello@dreamly-app.com.
Free and Premium Services
Dreamly offers both free and premium services. With the free service, you can analyze up to 3 dreams. For additional analyses and to save your dreams, you may subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, which renews automatically.
Payment Terms
Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your account. You may cancel at any time through your store account settings.

User Content
When you submit dreams for analysis, you grant Dreamly a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and process this content. You confirm you have the rights to share this content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You acknowledge and agree that anonymized and aggregated forms of your content may be used by Dreamly for commercial, research, analytical, and business purposes, including sharing or selling such data to third parties.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, abuse of our services, or any conduct that may harm other users or our platform, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the app and services will cease immediately.
Disclaimer
Dreamly is provided “as is” with no guarantees regarding accuracy or results of the analyses provided. Dream analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or misinterpretations. Interpretations are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice. Results should not be used for medical, psychological, therapeutic, or life decisions. You are solely responsible for how you use the app and the content it generates.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dreamly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or reputation, arising from your use of the app or any interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access.
Force Majeure
Dreamly is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, or third-party service outages.
Indemnification
